Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Certain made-to-order, custom, or special-order products may require additional processing time. Where applicable, estimated lead times will be provided at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, shipping method selected, and order size.
From time to time, free delivery promotions may be available and will be clearly displayed where applicable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently deliver throughout Europe.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers can also access tracking information through their online account where available.
DAMAGED, LOST OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Where damage has occurred, customers may be asked to provide photographs of the products and packaging to assist with investigations and insurance claims.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct before placing an order.
If an address needs to be changed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to amend delivery information.

UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES

If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts or because it was not collected, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.
If the customer no longer wishes to receive the order, return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
