INTRODUCTION

Welcome to BCSHH.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, online store, digital products and services, publishing services, consultations, design services, renovation and installation services, promotional offers and other services provided by BCSHH.

By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing a product or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

USE OF WEBSITE & SERVICES

Customers must be at least 18 years old or have appropriate parental or legal guardian consent where permitted.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, making a payment, requesting a quotation or using our services.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent transactions or use our services for unlawful purposes.

BCSHH may refuse or cancel an order, transaction or service where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, technical manipulation, breach of these Terms or unlawful activity.

LEO MESSAGE

Leo Message is a digital entertainment and inspirational service provided by BCSHH.

Leo Messages may be randomly or automatically selected from prepared content and are not personalised professional advice.

Leo Message is provided strictly for entertainment, motivational and inspirational purposes only.

BCSHH does not represent or guarantee that any Leo Message:

• predicts future events;

• guarantees luck, success, financial gain or any particular outcome;

• provides medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, relationship or other professional advice;

• is accurate or suitable for making important personal or commercial decisions.

Customers remain solely responsible for their own choices, actions and decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCSHH accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, expense or consequences resulting from decisions or actions taken in reliance upon a Leo Message.

Individual customers may receive the same or similar message on separate occasions unless specifically stated otherwise.

The purchase of a Leo Message does not create any advisory, fiduciary, professional or confidential relationship between BCSHH and the customer.

Where a Leo Message is supplied immediately as digital content, the customer may be required at checkout to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that the statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins.

Nothing in this section excludes any consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

PROMOTIONAL CODES & DISCOUNTS

BCSHH may issue promotional, complimentary or discount codes from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotional codes may be limited to specific products or services;

• codes may have an expiry date;

• codes may be limited to one use;

• individual codes may become permanently invalid once redeemed;

• codes have no cash value;

• unused discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;

• codes may not be sold, transferred or reproduced for commercial purposes;

• multiple promotional codes may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

BCSHH may deactivate a promotional code where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorised distribution, technical exploitation or misuse.

Where a technical error causes an unintended discount, duplicate redemption or incorrect price, BCSHH reserves the right, where legally permitted, to cancel or correct the affected transaction before fulfilment.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & EBOOKS

Digital products, including eBooks and Leo Messages, are supplied electronically.

Where legally required, customers will be asked to expressly consent to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge the effect this may have on their statutory cancellation rights.

Once digital content has been supplied following the required consent and acknowledgement, cancellation rights may no longer apply.

This does not affect statutory remedies where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

Digital products are licensed for the purchaser's personal use unless expressly stated otherwise and may not be unlawfully copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed or commercially exploited.

RENOVATION & INSTALLATION PROJECTS

BCSHH may provide design, sourcing, renovation and installation services.

Project prices and completion dates may depend on the agreed scope of work, site conditions, material availability, supplier availability and circumstances reasonably outside our control.

Any material change requested by the customer may result in additional charges and revised timescales.

Customers must provide reasonable access to the premises as agreed.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, customers are responsible for obtaining any permissions or approvals legally required from property owners, landlords, freeholders or relevant authorities.

BCSHH will not be responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.

Deposits and payment schedules will be confirmed before work begins.

CONSULTATIONS & DESIGN SERVICES

BCSHH may provide consultations relating to design, planning, space optimisation, material selection and project development.

Any advice provided is based upon the information reasonably available at the time and may remain subject to measurements, site inspections, structural assessment, technical assessment or specialist professional approval.

Drawings, plans, concepts, renders and other original design materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property law.

QUOTATIONS

Online estimates are indicative only and may be based entirely upon information provided by the customer.

A final quotation may require a site inspection, measurements or further assessment.

Where a charge applies for an in-person consultation or quotation, the customer will be informed of the charge before agreeing to the appointment.

Any quotation is valid for the period stated on the quotation and may subsequently change because of material prices, supplier costs, availability or changes requested by the customer.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and specifications are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Actual appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing variations, screen displays or other factors.

Products may be changed, discontinued or temporarily unavailable.

Custom-made, personalised or specially ordered products may be subject to different cancellation and return conditions, subject always to applicable consumer law.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability and successful payment authorisation.

Prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through approved payment providers. BCSHH does not directly store full payment-card details where payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

BCSHH may cancel or refund an order where there has been an obvious pricing error, technical error, suspected fraud or circumstances that make fulfilment impossible, subject to applicable law.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Consumer cancellation, refund and return rights vary depending upon whether the purchase relates to goods, services, personalised goods or digital content.

Eligible physical products may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Personalised, made-to-order or custom-made products may have restricted cancellation rights except where they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or where applicable law provides otherwise.

Refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts statutory consumer rights.

PROMOTIONS, REWARDS & GIVEAWAYS

BCSHH may from time to time offer promotional campaigns, giveaways, rewards or competitions.

Individual promotions may be governed by additional promotion-specific terms, including eligibility requirements, closing dates, entry methods, prize details and winner-selection procedures.

Any prize draw or competition will only be operated in a form permitted by applicable law.

Where required, an appropriate free-entry method or other legally compliant mechanism will be provided and explained in the specific promotional terms.

BCSHH may suspend, amend or cancel a promotion where reasonably necessary because of fraud, technical failure, regulatory requirements or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Such changes will not affect rights that have already legally accrued to participants.

£200 REFERRAL CASHBACK

The £200 Referral Cashback promotion is available to eligible existing BCSHH customers who successfully introduce a new customer.

A new customer is a customer who has not previously completed a qualifying BCSHH project.

To qualify, the referred customer must complete the required enquiry process and subsequently complete and fully pay for a qualifying BCSHH project.

The £200 cashback becomes payable only after the qualifying project has been completed and payment has been received in full.

Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, fabricated referrals and fraudulent referrals are not eligible.

Only one cashback reward is payable for each qualifying referral unless expressly agreed otherwise.

BCSHH may amend or withdraw the referral programme for future referrals. This will not retrospectively remove a cashback entitlement that has already been validly earned.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

BCSHH may advertise employment, subcontracting, apprenticeship and other work opportunities.

Submission of a CV or application does not guarantee employment, interview, engagement or future work.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, website content, BCSHH branding, logos, written materials, graphics, original designs, digital content and other intellectual property belong to BCSHH or are used under appropriate permission.

Content must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, resold or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, BCSHH will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or losses resulting from misuse of our website, products or services.

BCSHH does not guarantee uninterrupted, completely secure or error-free operation of its website, payment systems or third-party technology.

Where third-party platforms, payment processors, hosting providers or other external services are used, BCSHH is not responsible for failures solely caused by those third parties and outside BCSHH's reasonable control.

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.

Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website, process payments, fulfil orders, provide services or comply with legal obligations.

BCSHH does not sell personal information to advertisers.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

BCSHH may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Changes will apply from the date the revised Terms are published and will not retrospectively remove contractual or statutory rights that have already arisen.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to customers in other parts of the United Kingdom or other jurisdictions where applicable.
