BCSHH reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or cancel orders where we reasonably believe these Terms & Conditions have been violated.

RENOVATION & INSTALLATION PROJECTS

BCSHH provides professional design, sourcing, renovation, and installation services.
Project timelines and costs are subject to consultation and may vary depending on project scope, material availability, site conditions, and customer responsiveness.
Customers must provide reasonable access to the project site in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Any changes to the agreed design, specification, materials, or scope of work must be confirmed in writing and may result in additional costs or revised completion dates.
BCSHH is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including supplier shortages, delivery delays, weather conditions, or permit processing times.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers remain responsible for obtaining any required permissions, permits, or approvals.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking. Final payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

CONSULTATIONS & DESIGN SERVICES

We offer professional consultations for project planning, design development, space optimisation, and material selection.
Certain consultations may be chargeable. Where applicable, consultation fees may be deducted from the final project cost if you proceed with our services.
All drawings, plans, 3D models, design concepts, and related materials remain the intellectual property of BCSHH until full payment has been received.
Any advice or recommendations provided are subject to further technical assessment where required.

QUOTE POLICY
​
BCSHH offers free online estimates and quotations through our website or by email.
Online estimates are provided for guidance only and are based on information supplied by the customer. They do not replace a full site inspection.
If a customer requests an in-person quotation but chooses not to proceed with BCSHH, a quotation and consultation fee of £400 may apply.
If the project proceeds with BCSHH, this fee will be waived or deducted from the final project cost.

CATALOGUES & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Our catalogues feature a wide range of products, fixtures, fittings, accessories, and related items.
While we make every effort to keep information accurate, product availability may change without notice.
Special-order or custom-made items may require extended lead times and are generally non-returnable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
All prices are displayed in GBP and may change without prior notice.
BCSHH reserves the right to amend, replace, discontinue, or modify products at any time.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All orders are subject to confirmation, acceptance, and availability.
Payments must be made through approved payment methods. BCSHH does not store customer payment card information.
Prices are not guaranteed until confirmed and may change due to supplier pricing, material costs, or market conditions.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submission. Requests made after this period may not qualify for a refund.
Orders will not be processed until payment arrangements have been confirmed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our returns criteria.
Custom-made, personalised, and special-order products are non-refundable unless faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our error or a defective product.
BCSHH reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

PROMOTIONS & REWARDS GIVEAWAY

BCSHH may occasionally run promotional campaigns, rewards programmes, and giveaways.
Customers who purchase any three eligible BCSHH eBooks will automatically receive one entry into the BCSHH Dream Rewards Giveaway.
No separate entry fee is required.
The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and over unless otherwise stated.
Prize draws will only commence once a minimum of 10,000 eligible eBook sales has been achieved.
Until this threshold is reached, no prize draw will take place and no prizes will be awarded.
Prizes may include, but are not limited to:
• Cash rewards
• Renovation packages
• Home improvement products
• Gift cards and vouchers
• Promotional merchandise
• Other prizes selected by BCSHH
BCSHH reserves the right to determine the type, quantity, value, and availability of prizes.
All eBook purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds, exchanges, or reimbursements are not available after purchase.
Winners will be selected at random and contacted using the details provided at the time of purchase.
If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, BCSHH reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
By participating, entrants agree that BCSHH may use names, photographs, testimonials, videos, and related promotional content where permitted by law.

Eligibility
This promotion is open to existing BCSHH customers who successfully refer a new customer to our services.
A new customer is defined as a person who has not previously purchased products or services from BCSHH.
Referral Process
To qualify for the £200 cashback reward, the referred customer must:
• Complete the Free Estimate form on our website
• Proceed with and complete a qualifying project with BCSHH
Cashback Reward
Once the referred customer's project has been completed and fully paid for, the referrer will receive £200 cashback.
Conditions
• Self-referrals are not permitted
• Only one cashback payment is available per successful referral
• Cashback applies only to completed and fully paid projects
• BCSHH reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time
Acceptance
Participation in the referral programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
